Our class teachers and teaching assistants job-share, can we sign them both up for the training?

Yes. We encourage all staff involved in the delivery of the NELI programme to complete the training. Because the training is self-paced with no live elements, each staff member can work through the modules at a time that suits their schedule.

How to register multiple staff members: To ensure each person’s progress is tracked and accredited correctly, every individual must have their own unique login for the OxEd Portal.

  1. Add Users: The School Lead or Admin should log into the OxEd Portal and add each staff member (Teacher and TA) via the 'Users' tab.
  2. Instant Access: Once added, both staff members can log in to the Portal independently. By clicking the 'Training' link on the new Landing Page, they will each be automatically signed into their own FutureLearn account via Single Sign-On (SSO).
