How do we join the training?

Joining the training is now a seamless, instant process through the OxEd Portal. We have removed the need for email invitations and manual registration with FutureLearn.

For School Admins/Leads:

1. Log into the OxEd Portal.
2. Go to the 'Users' tab and ensure the trainee has been added to your school account. Simply click ‘Add User’ to add any new users.
3. Once added, they are automatically eligible for training. You no longer need to click "Send Invite" or wait for the following working day.

For Trainees:

1. Log into the OxEd Portal using your own credentials.
2. On the Landing Page, click the 'Training' tile/link.
3. You will be automatically signed into the training platform via Single Sign-On (SSO). You can begin your course immediately.
