# How do I upload the pupils?
Log into your account at [https://oxedandassessment.com/](https://oxedandassessment.com/). Once you have created your class, click Import Pupils. The next screen will allow you to download an Excel spreadsheet template for your class list. Paste the details for a class into the spreadsheet. Also, when you edit the class list template file to add your own class you MUST keep the example children in red. Our system expects those example children to be present and will ignore them. Use a separate copy of this spreadsheet for each class. Data can be exported from school management software e.g. SIMS. Data must be in the exact format specified. Click Choose File to select your completed spreadsheet and click Review Pupils. This screen will show any data that does not meet the specified format. Correct these in your spreadsheet and repeat this process until all the data fields are all showing green, then click Confirm Import.
